How Our Fees Work
At The International Solicitors, we pride ourselves not only on the quality of our legal services, but also on the fairness and transparency of our fees. Each case is priced individually, based on the work required. We will discuss your matter briefly and calculate the fees, time and other costs.
The International Solicitors offer professional legal services with very reasonable fees and flexible payment terms for all of our clients. Our fees commitment to our clients is a transparent fee structure, agreed in advance, value for money and no hidden charges.

| Complex and high value matters, we arrange costs and budget meetings with clients, discuss costs, funding and prepare budgets. |

*It includes Barrister’s fees, court fees, expert’s fees or any amount payable on an invoice to third party.
- In Immigration matters Barrister’s fees ranges between £500 to £5000 depending on the seniority and complexity of the matter.
- In family matters Barristers fee ranges between £500 to £1000 for simple hearings and for complex hearings between £2000 to £6000 for a day.
In most of the cases, disbursements and costs are recoverable in case client wins the case.
Notes:
- One off consultation – we charge for this service £350 to £450 excluding VAT, interpreting costs and other disbursements.
- We offer first 20 minutes free of charge.
- Our fees are in addition to the Home Office fees /charges
- We are registered for VAT and charge this at the rate applicable at the date of the VAT invoice. Current VAT rate is 20%.
- The premium same-day service charge includes the cost of returning clients’ documents by Special Delivery by 1.00 p.m. the following day (or Monday if posted on a Friday).
- We accept payment by online bank transfer, cheque or cash.
- We always ask for bank statements before transfer of funds for money laundering checks.
- We do not accept over £1000 in cash.
