There are two types of immigration applications, inside the UK and outside the UK. We deal with both types of applications. We do not accept instructions from third party unless it’s a necessary requirement. We deal with both personal and business immigrations. We help the business to apply for sponsorship licenses to sponsor foreign students and workers. Our team consists of solicitors over 10 years PQE and senior caseworkers with experience of over 10 years in immigration cases.
Applications for entry clearance through different routes from outside UK to come to UK as a general visitor, family member of a settled person or to enter the UK to study or work.
Applications for extension of leave to remain, switching from one category to another eligible category, applying for ILR or permanent residence and applications for registration or naturalisation as a British citizen. In most of the cases Home Office make a decision between 4 to 6 months but it is unpredictable.
Key Stages of Immigration application;
a) Taking instructions from client to make an assessment of their objectives
b) Making assessment of client objective in accordance with relevant Immigrations Rules and guidance
c) Advising the client about the eligibility requirements, likely timescale, costs involved, including HO fee, disbursements i.e. interpreter or certified translations and solicitors fee
d) Preparing a checklist of documents
e) Informing the client about the qualification and experience of caseworker/consultant/solicitor and supervisor. Our team consists of people with over 10 years of experience in Immigration. All works on immigration are conducted under the direct supervision of a partner solicitor
f) Perusing the client’s documents in accordance with the checklist to make sure everything is in place
g) Completing the application, submitting it and uploading all the documents, where available, including a legal representation letter
h) Booking client’s appointment to attend HO application centre or visa application centre where required alternatively following HO directions for bio-metrics and identity
i) Dealing with all post application communication with the HO until the decision
j) Post decision consultation for further action, future options and requirements, file closing and client’s rights about their data under GDPR.

a) Taking instructions from client to make an assessment of their objectives
b) Making assessment of client objective and merits of the case
c) Advising the client about the merits, likely timescale, costs involved, including tribunal fee, disbursements i.e. barrister’s fee, interpreter or certified translations, solicitors fee and adverse costs order if client will lose
d) Advising the client on the time limitation and timeline for client and home office from filing to the decision
e) Recording the witness statements and preparing the bundles for hearing
f) Providing clients lists of barristers and their fees and inviting clients to suggest the Counsel of their choice. Instructing the Counsels and sending them the necessary bundles for hearing
g) Advising the clients about the court hearings and court requirements
h) Informing the clients about the outcome of tribunal and advising them on further actions
All court matters are conducted by the experienced solicitors who are over 10 years PQE or by senior caseworkers under direct supervision of a senior solicitor.
